Commonly called Molokhai or Egyptian Spinach by other cultures, this slippery leaves are cooked like a stew, adding red palm oil and selected protein(s). Pair with rice or fufu.

Stock based liquid, filled with habaneros and chilli peppers, and seafood and or meat. Pair with Fufu. Specify whether you want seafood or goat meat.
Jollof Rice
First invented in the Senegal, this assortment of protein with veggies and rice, is number in Africa. The Liberian version has a bit of Cajun jambalaya influence.
Attiekke
Made from fermented grated cassava steamed, paired with fried fish and fresh veggies.
Liberian Pepper Sauce
1 jar. Habanero peppers, other garden veggies, dehydrated fish product and other ingredients, purée and fried with vegetable oil. Spicy!
Goat Meat Pepper Soup
Goat meat in broth with peppers, served with Fufu or rice.
Beniseed
Sesame seed butter. Sesame seed or Beniseed is processed by first roasting the seeds, then puréeing into a butter, mostly eaten with West African fufu and soup.
Spinach Stew
Fresh spinach prepared with African palm oil and spices.
Cassava Leaves
Yucca leaves, stewed with protein, red palm oiled, and protein, plated with rice.
Dry Rice
Combination of parboiled rice, kitteley, habanero pepper, with a side of sardines, and fried fish (half).
